New Mexican Dress can be wear on or off the shoulder, it has a lot of stretch in both shoulder neckline and waist.  The floral embroidery was made 100% by hand.

This dress stretches a lot and it fits from Size Small up to 2XL. The mannequin is size S/M and big busted. 

Garment measurements:

Bust expands up to 56"

Waist expands up to 52"
